Cleanliness goes hand-in-hand with wellness, so both our in-house teams and our contracted professional cleaning partners regularly deploy exhaustive, active cleaning and disinfecting measures to protect your health, supported by advanced hygiene technologies throughout our gymnasium.

Community Engagements

We love sharing fitness with our community, so on the first Saturday of every month, we hold an outdoor fitness camp. It’s absolutely free for anyone who wants to attend and appropriate for every fitness level. As proud residents of Americus, we also love to support events, festivals, and fundraisers that help bring fitness and wellness to others.
