Michael Angelo Barnette
Michael Angelo Barnette is a personal trainer known for his passion for helping people reach their goals and improve their lives. “That was my biggest motivation to become a personal trainer,” he explains. Fitness had a great impact on his life. “It improved my mentality and helped me enjoy a happier, healthier life.” He is committed to helping others experience similar benefits and has helped many members achieve their fitness goals through his training and teaching. But his favorite part of his job is meeting new people and helping them improve their health. He loves working at HiTone Fitness because it’s a smaller studio with a more personal approach. “I personally like the smaller size. It has all the equipment needed to help you get into and stay in shape.”

Brian Garcia
Meet Brian Garcia, the Club Director at HiTone Fitness, whose journey into the fitness world was driven by a profound desire to improve both his physical and mental health. “Now fitness has become one of the most important and impactful parts of my life,” says Brian. The most cherished aspect of Brian's role as Club Director is the diverse array of people he gets to meet and assist. “I get to meet and help many types of people from many different backgrounds and just hear all their stories and lives,” explains Brian. ” With the gym being such a vulnerable place for many people, it's nice to see how people will open up to you and teach you different things through their lives and lessons.” Entering the fitness world can be challenging for new members, and Brian recognizes the common problem of handling the vulnerability that the gym environment may evoke. “New members often fear that they are doing something wrong and that someone from across the room will judge them. Getting them to be comfortable to try new things like resistance training rather than just walking on a treadmill for an hour a day, every time that they come into the gym,” he says. To help members achieve their goals, Brian shares his knowledge and tips gained through his own fitness journey. Additionally, he connects members with trainers who can provide specialized assistance based on individual needs. It's a personalized approach that reflects HiTone Fitness's commitment to supporting each member on their unique fitness journey. And that’s what separates HiTone from other fitness businesses. “That connection that we make with our members, from our front desk workers, our trainers, and all the way to our Club Directors. We love to interact with the members and create that family environment rather than just leaving it at a "Hey how are you? Have a great workout", interaction. We value the connections we make with all our members and we'll always try to make this an environment that people are excited to come to,” ends Brian.

Tamba Marenah
Tamba Marenah is a Corporate Fitness Director and a trainer at HiTone Fitness. “I have always had a passion for helping people, and fitness is one of the best ways to do that,” explains Tamba. “Fitness has changed my life so much that it even became my career.” One of the things that Tamba loves most about his job is meeting different personalities, something that he can enjoy every day at HiTone Fitness. But there’s another reason why he loves working here. “We actually care about our people.” You can’t find that everywhere. Entering the fitness world can be overwhelming for many people, and Tamba knows that. One of the most common problems his members face is not knowing what to do. So he helps them by providing them with a clear path to their fitness goals.

Renee Beth Sharify
Renee Beth Sharify is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who has made it her life's work to inspire and motivate others to use fitness as a way to improve their quality of life. “After working a desk job for years, I realized how important movement and exercise was to my mental and physical well being,” explains Sharify. Fitness has had a profound impact on Renee's life. “It made me more confident to take on new challenges.” And she knows challenges can be intimidating for her members. “Many of our members are at first uncomfortable being in a fitness environment because they don’t know what to do or how to use the equipment. They are also self-conscious about being judged by others,” she says. But she knows how to empower her members. “As a smaller facility we are able to build strong relationships with our members,” she explains. “We help them set realistic goals and expectations. Start out slow to gain their trust and build from there based on their progress and feedback.” She loves her job because it gives her the opportunity to see members achieve goals that they never thought were possible.

Renee Beth Sharify

Ashleigh English is a passionate Personal Trainer dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. For Ashleigh, fitness isn't just a job. “I can't imagine a life without fitness anymore,” she explains. “It helps me both physically and mentally.” “I grew up playing sports and being active,” says Ashleigh. For her, the best thing about being a Personal Trainer is connecting with her clients and motivating them to reach their full potential. “I love helping people achieve their goals!” she says. As a Personal Trainer, Ashleigh knows that many of her clients struggle with self-doubt and injuries when first entering the fitness world. That's why she's committed to motivating and encouraging them every step of the way, helping them to overcome their fears and achieve their goals.

Khalid Morris
Khalid Morris is a Personal Trainer at HiTone Fitness with over a decade of experience in the weightlifting space. Khalid's journey into the fitness world was born out of his passion for weight lifting cultivated through years of playing sports, and he aimed to take this passion to the next level. “The thing I love the most about my job is interacting with members”, he says. “And also helping them with their gym experiences.” Fitness has been a life-changing experience for Khalid. “Fitness has changed my life dramatically with health, energy, and the ability to be disciplined,” he adds. Entering the fitness world can be challenging, and Khalid recognizes the common problems members face, including issues with motivation, dedication, and understanding the importance of dieting and eating well while pursuing fitness goals. “I help members by answering their questions,” says Khalid. “No matter what their question is, from needing help with training, to talking about benefits on eating and gym equipment, I’m here for them.”
