You already know that the food you eat plays a huge role in your body composition and energy levels. But what you should eat is a different challenge. That’s why our team is here to help you create a nutrition plan that can be tailored to your individual needs. To make things even easier, we’ve also partnered with the Isagenix brand and Product Line to further assist our clients and members with convenient, high quality, and deliverable nutrition options.

App Training

This program is all about YOU – it’s designed for individuals who want personalized workouts that fit into their busy schedules. You meet with a coach once a month for an hour-long assessment. They’ll create a tailored 3xwk training program just for you based on your current fitness level. Your training program will be hosted on our TrainHeroic app. You’ll have access to all your workouts, progress tracking, and movement demos right at your fingertips! Plus, you can easily connect with your coach to ask questions, get feedback, and stay motivated.
