Dance Fitness Classes: Regular dance exercise improves the endurance of body muscles, allowing them to work harder for longer periods of time without feeling tired. Dancing also raises the body’s heart rate to heighten stamina. You’ll be jumping out of bed each morning in no time.
ZumbaTM: We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check.

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Everything about this program can be described as explosive. Movements are always big and exaggerated. … If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and simple dance moves, you will have a blast in class.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
BEGINNER TRX: New to the TRX? This class will guide you through the TRX workout by introducing basic foundational exercises through easy-to-follow progressions. The 60-minute classhas the power to increase endurance, improve total body flexibility, and develop core strength! It’s a total body workout that will leave you hooked.
TRX Sculpt: A total body workout designed for ALL LEVELS to help you get stronger and tone your body as you go through circuits that focus on core, upper body, lower body, and cardio. In this class, the instructors will encourage you to work at your own pace that suits your fitness level as you learn to utilize the TRX suspension system training, resistance bands, Bosu balls, Kettle Bells, functional body weight movements, and cardio intervals that will help you build lean muscles and torch calories.
Cardio/Strength Classes: A healthy combination of strength and cardio training will allow your body to perform at its best, letting the two systems complement each other rather than compete.
THE ONE STOP BODY SHOCK. R.I.P.P.E.D. combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, core and a very important Diet program. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.
Form50: A HiTONE exclusive, this class gives you everything FormLab has to offer taught in a circuit style format. It is a total body workout perfect for every fitness level that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to tone and shape your body without adding bulky muscles. You’ll leave feeling motivated and ready to come back for more.
Form30: A HiTONE exclusive, this class gives you everything FormLab has to offer taught in a circuit style format. We will combine cardio- and plyometric-based movements with strength exercises to rapidly improve strength and fitness while building lean muscle. Anythinggoes in this 30-minute class!
FormCore: Think “shoulders to shorts” in this 30-minute class that focuses entirely on your Core. It’s sure to improve balance and stability…and might just create that midsection you’ve always wanted!
HiTONE HIIT: HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Camp HiTone: This high-energy, bootcamp style class will help you lunge, jump, push and pull with more power and endurance. Sequencing varies with the instructor, but all will coach and motivate you to reach your full fitness potential.
Cardio Kickboxing: Get the ultimate cardio conditioning workout! Shadowboxing is set to motivational music and followed by core conditioning and flexibility training. Fun and easy-to-follow moves deliver a rewarding workout for every body.
Cycle Classes: Spinning is long known to decrease fat and help people drop pounds. In fact, it’s so effective that research has shown replacing one bout of moderate intensity exercise with two 30-minute sessions of the high-intensity workout can improve everything from your cardiovascular health to your body composition.
Spin: Spin your way to the ultimate fitness results. Rides are set to awesome music and may vary and blend technique, intervals, resistance rides, climbs and sprints for a fun, challenging and rewarding cardio experience.
Yoga: Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. This class will teach the practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
Gentle Yoga: Gentle yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga. It was created to be accessible to all types of students, and to support their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Gentle yoga seeks to provide therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses.
Ashtanga Yoga: Ashtanga means “eight limbs” and encompasses a yogic lifestyle. Most people identify Ashtanga as traditional Indian yoga. Like Vinyasa yoga, the Ashtanga yoga asanas (postures) synchronize breath with movement as you move through a series of postures. This class is great for intermediate/advanced participants.
Power Yoga: Power yoga is a more active approach to the traditional Hatha yoga poses. The Ashtanga yoga poses are performed more quickly and with added core exercises and upper body work. This is an advanced class.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga allows us to relearn the art of relaxation while developing the skills and abilities to self-soothe. It enhances our healing capacity through helping us regulate the stress response and re-balance the nervous system.
HiTONE LifeFit Classes are designed specially for adults 70+. These low-intensity exercise classes are specifically designed to improve overall health with a good workout.
LifeFit: This low intensity class is specifically designed for the older adult to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, range of motion, and improve overall functioning of the body. It combines low impact cardiovascular movements, joint-stabilizing strength moments and gentle stretching to keep your body fit and nimble. This class is best for ages 70+.
LifeFit Strength: This class is designed to safely and effectively build muscle to support joints and keep your body strong and healthy. This class is best for ages 70+.
LifeFit Balance & Coordination: This class is designed to improve balance and stability while developing muscle awareness to aid in preventing slips and falls. This class is best for ages 70+.
LifeFit Yoga: A great class for everyone, LifeFit Yoga allows you to properly stretch and rehabilitate your muscles and joints keeping your body flexible and healthy. This class is best for ages 70+.
