Meet Antonio L. Brown, the Club Director at HiTone Fitness in Sanford, NC, whose entry into the fitness world was both a calling and a consequence of personal challenges. After 15 years of training and teaching martial arts, an injury led Antonio to shift his focus to becoming a certified Personal Trainer.
